14 workplace deaths in Singapore this year, up from 9 over same period in 2019

An article published by the Straits Times on the 24 April 2020 reports that a total of 14 workplace deaths were recorded in Singapore this year from Jan 1 to April 17, up from nine in the same period in 2019.  

These figures give an important insight into why it’s important for every organisation to ensure a safe working environment for their employees.
